Cancellation Policy And Booking Criteria For New And Maintenance Appointments

  • NEW CLIENTS TO LA DI DA SPA MUST BOOK THEIR 1ST APPT ONLINE

    All forms relating to a service booked must be completed before starting a service.

    Rebooking by calling/texting for returning appointments is still available, please contact us if you need further assistance with online booking.

    If you are new or have gone elsewhere for sugaring or waxing, please still book the “First Time” option when available through our “Book Now” button. We understand you may have less growth and not need the additional time, however we would still like the opportunity to get to know you, learn about our technique and for you to get to know us too!

    Please make sure to select the appropriate service and time frame (i.e. Brazilian maintenance) when booking online. New clients (or if it’s been more than 10 weeks) select “First Time”, next is the 7-9 week option and lastly is the 4-6 week option. If you select a shorter maintenance option your esthetician can only complete as much as they can in the time that is booked, so please choose accordingly.

    If you did not receive an email confirmation or text you do not have an appointment scheduled.

    Please confirm your appointment the day prior to avoid the appointment being canceled.

    La Di Da reserves the right to refuse service to anyone.

  • We understand that situations may arise that could force you to cancel your appointment, however, please be aware that such changes affect not only your esthetician but other clients as well. Everyone's time is a precious commodity. We will do our best to accommodate you, so we appreciate your courtesy and cooperation in return.

    Appointments cancelled with less than 24 hours’ notice will be charged 100% of the missed service(s) to compensate your esthetician.

    No shows will be charged at full price.

    A cancellation fee and/or pre-payment will be required prior to rebooking resulting from a previously missed appointment and must be paid in full to be added back to the schedule. Online booking will be disabled until payment has been received.

    If a pre-paid appointment is cancelled or rescheduled less than 24 hours, the payment is forfeited and goes towards your esthetician’s compensation for their time.

    If three cancellations occur, a permanent ban from online booking will be made. Prepayments will be required to schedule any appointment with La Di Da Spa.

    Cancelling due to “COVID exposure” still requires 24 hours advanced notice to avoid a fee, according to latest CDC guidelines, we can still see you as long as you wear a facemask. If you have tested positive for COVID-19 and can provide proof thereof, please contact the spa immediately for rebooking options.

  • We ask for 24 hours notice for rescheduling or changing your service type.

    Notice given less than 24 hours results in a compensation fee 100% of the service cost for your esthetician’s time.

    Any appointment change resulting in being seen by another esthetician, not the same as the original staff member booked, incurs a compensation fee for the original booking time of the other esthetician.

  • If you are running late, please contact us immediately! Your esthetician will do as much as they can in the time they have left or reschedule along with a fee, depending on time of arrival so as to not run behind for the next clients. We will do our best to work with your schedule and can move your appointment down once in a day, more than that is considered a “same day cancellation” and a fee will be charged.

  • We kindly request that clients not bring infants or small children into the spa as we have other patrons enjoying services, such a facials, that require a muted environment. Unless client is a minor, only the esthetician and the client receiving services are allowed back into the treatment room.

  • Clients that are on their cycle can still be seen as long as a tampon or menstrual cup is worn to the appointment, so please be advised that this is NOT a valid reason to same day cancel or no call/no show. If you prefer to reschedule, please be sure to do so with 24 hours’ notice subject to a fee.

  • At La Di Da we do not tolerate any form of inappropriate behavior. No recording or video conferencing is allowed during treatment. We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone.

  • At La Di Da Spa, our estheticians are committed to providing you the best possible spa experience by taking the utmost care of you when providing any service. For this reason we do NOT offer refunds for services rendered, pre-paid or gift certificates purchased at La Di Da Spa. Instead we can offer a credit towards another service or products.

    If a refund is processed it does not include any transaction fees.

REFUNDS & GIFT CERTIFICATES

At La Di Da Spa, our estheticians are committed to providing you the best possible spa experience by taking the utmost care of you when providing any service. For this reason we do NOT offer refunds for services rendered, pre-paid or gift certificates purchased at La Di Da Spa. Instead we can offer a credit towards another service or products.

Credits and gift certificates are transferrable and can be used by another client, new or existing.

We reserve the right to waive or enforce fees for "Emergencies" and multiple same day cancellations (including claims of covid exposure)

Repeat offenders will be banned from online booking and required to pre-pay to book appointments with la di da spa.
